“COOPERATION VS COMPETITION”
1. In your own words define each of the
terms.
COOPERATION: Is the joint work carried out by a group of people toward a goal.
COMPETITION: Actions are seen as integral to identify, interpret, discuss and solve
problems.
2. Which term do you think is more
appropriate for life: Competition or Cooperation?
I think that is important be competitive,
because our career is teaching to children, if you will work with people, you
need to development all abilities and you need to be the best.
3. As a future teacher in which aspect do you
think we should focus on and why?
As future teachers we must focus on competitive
and meaningful learning, where we give the students tools to be competitive to
face the world today.
4. Watch the following video, a part of the
documentary I AM by Tom Shadyac. Write down your reflection after watching the
video about the two terms being discussed (Cooperation and Competition).
Be Competitive by Michael Porter. This book
talks about the competitive solutions for educational problems, with theory and
practice.
6. After doing the research, what is your
position on Cooperation vs. Competition?
I believe that must there is one part of
two terms, because is important that a person be competitive and be able to
give solutions in every time but if we don’t work together, difficulty can get
something in life. Is essential be competitive and cooperative person.
